• Information you provide: Donation and payment information you enter on Anedot is provided directly to Anedot, not collected by our Site’s contact form.

Donations and Anedot

When you click a donation link on our Site, you will be directed to Anedot, a third-party donation platform and payment processor that is not operated or controlled by Ziegler for Seneca County. All donations made through Anedot are subject to Anedot’s Terms and Privacy Policy, as well as applicable campaign finance laws (including contribution limits, source prohibitions, and reporting requirements).

When making a contribution through Anedot, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
• You are at least 18 years old
• The contribution is made from your own funds and not from funds provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making the contribution
• You are making the contribution with your own personal credit or debit card and not with a corporate or business card or a card issued to another person, except as permitted by law
• You understand that contribution limits and other restrictions may apply under Ohio campaign finance law

Refund requests for contributions made through Anedot should be directed to Anedot support or to Ziegler for Seneca County at zieglerforcommissioner@gmail.com. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the availability of funds and applicable law.

Third-party links and services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Facebook and Anedot. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party sites. We encourage you to review their policies before interacting with them.

We use Cloudflare for hosting and security and Google Analytics for website usage measurement. These services are subject to their own terms and policies.
